Leaders in Life Rugby Training Camp near Port Elizabeth
Our rugby camp will be held for 2 nights from March 27th-29th at Leaders in Life in Addo. We have a full size rugby field to train on, and campers will benefit from the expertise of ex-professional Kings player, and owner of Leaders in Life, Matthew Tayler-Smith.
With 20 places available for the rugby training camp, don’t miss out on your spot to gain new skills and train with new peers. The rugby camp will run over 2 days and will be filled with skill development, techniques and tactics that interest is expressed in, with structured feedback given during camp, for players to take away and work on.
During our rugby camp, there will be physical and mental training with the main focus being on core skills. Additionally, leadership and vision training will be integrated in between training sessions to help encourage potential as a rugby player, and also in life.
Each morning campers will run a daily mile before breakfast, and then after breakfast get right in to training. In between training, there will be some fun off the field games.
In the evenings, touch rugby can be played on the field before gathering round the fire to braai. Free time will be allocated for a couple of hours each day to let players unwind and enjoy time with their peers.
